I have several watches citizen and I am now used to watching big every time I buy one of these gems. RThis this one is no different, great quality, keep good time and confortable to wear. R race a boy I received my first Citizen watch from my grandmother and used to seeing them as a major time machine. This opinion will never change since they do make great watches with affordable prices and stands as one of the best price / quality made in the manufacture of hours and as i said, Skyhawk Black Eagle is no different. :) R rSolar powered (Ecodrive) is a must for diving watches (I have two Ecodrive citizen dive watches and both outstanding), and although this is not watching the dive (i don 't even intend to go swimming with it) , solar powered means you don 't need to replace the battery. The sun always Shinning in Portugal so that the battery is always full:) r rit 's relatively easy to use, has enough features that will keep you entertained for a long time and have lots of time zones, should you need to travel. I pulled most of them know that the menu doesn 't show all the cities but you can go back and restore them at any time. Rit 's not watching the easiest to work with but also not the most complicated i have. So 's nice to have it. R rthe most is not only good point is the lack of a backlight, but I already knew about it before buying it (perhaps by setting a new Skyhawks may appeal more to those who need the backlight) and also it 's only slightly greater weight than they should (stainless steel), ie, comparing with the Tissot T-Touch Which is all titanium and rubber strap. Both are the most confortable to wear a watch, is very very good. RHowever, it 's not that hard to watch, just a bit heavier than it should?!? R Ramazonie the U.S. is great, fast delivery, good packaging, all in all great service. All the watches ordered from them arrived in good condition. 've Bought from them earlier, hoping to watch the rest of them now:) r rThanks for our partners M_ "Agents Of Fortune ". Loved your video review, good music and if you look at the video, you 'll get a close idea of what to expect from this watch. )
I had this watch for about a week. Being a collector with everything at your fingertips by Casio for Oris and Tag Heuer, i 'd have to say in this ranking the top end of all my watches are quality, price aside. Rit qualifications on a "driver 's watch " to me due to the very readable white hands and markers against blacks, even though I would agree with many about the reverse LCD displays are more difficult to read down lights. Fit and finish are great, and not worry on batteries with the Eco-drive. I 'd recommend this model for anyone looking for a clock that bridges the gap between casual and dress. It 'a little' heavy, but with the rubber bracelet set correctly, you get used quickly. This is one of the most comfortable wrist watches that I own. 5 stars!
I love this watch. Can I see how people have trouble reading the dials, but for ordinary people, it shouldn 't not an issue. It 's got all the great features and is extremely cool looking. R RI orginally bought this watch with a bracelet style band. After two years, I am sick of the band (it 'sa bit heavy). After zero help from the Citizen 's customer service, I got a jewelry store order a rubber band style. I didn 't as fast grip (I know ' m particular) because I wanted to use it for more active pursuits. So - here 's what worked for me and I wanted to share it with you in case you have the same desire. R ri buy a $ 10 Timex rubber (make sure it 's 20mm). Take the band in a jewelry store and have them canabalize the start, 'arm ' and holds the rubber. Then move them over to your Citizen. It should take about 10 minutes, tops. With this change, this is just the perfect watch - stylish, stubborn, performance, and no need for a battery!
Watch this is just what you can expect from the Citizen. High quality, good timekeeping and a very classy look. I have some Citizen watches and is one of my favorites. If you havnt any experience in property Citizen watches, I would say try them out, do not regret it.
The Citizen Skyhawk Black Watch, not all functions of the cosmic it 's big brother, but it packs an impressive number no less. R rI also place a 15-year-old previous generation of the line and was SkyHawk grateful that the new generation is set up much easier. For example, it has set only the digital part and press a button, the analog hands, take the shortest route to their correct positions. Amazing to, uh, to see.
I ordered this product thinking it was exactly what I wanted. But when he arrived, I knew that Wouldn 't work for me. The figures and the dials were too small for me to see. I returned for a refund.
i got my watch today in a letter. heavy but has a quality taste. i pulled out of the box and the light hit him. immediately in September alone to time. after reading the above instructions, setting it was easy, the attraction is difficult to pull out to set while on your wrist and it's hard to turn away while wearing. i was disappointed with the size of the face, I expect a larger face. but honestly for the price, the ability to feel and hours of the best ive ever had to watch.
This watch has been replaced by another show citizens that was much heavier and more approriate when you wear a business attire. I needed a watch, I would not be afraid to wear on a daily basis and were based in casual wear. JR3155 see the series was perfect for that. I decided to go with the bracelet polyurethane instead of stainless steel because of their weight. It is light, without any compromise to the function of the watch. Having a secondary zone to time is nice. No complaints about the issue of quality of Citizen watches.

This is my second Eco-Drive and I was watching a lot 'of them before deciding on this. I like to watch, but I 'm po' disappointed. Looks nice and all, but there are two characteristics that are completely useless. I don 't necessarily need to use 22 different time zone settings. In addition, 24 hours UTC and the hands are useless as well. I bought the watch, simply because I 'm in the military and I wanted a beautiful watch to wear the uniform. I appreciate the fact that it 's totally obscured, but there ' s no way to see the digital numbers during the night. Therefore, it would be better if I bought a really nice with a Timex Indiglo.
The final clock. After years of getting new watches every two years, finally found my ATM time to stay. Just do yourself a favor and get the metal band to begin with. It has an additional $ 100 to get separately.
This watch is my favorite watch I own ... I own a Tissot T-Touch and I like this even more ... I love that it has all of the time zones and they are quite easy to access. Switzerland I live, but all of my family is in the States. It 's nice to have the analogue time set to the Swiss time, but have the digital display shows time in the central U.S. This is definitely my favorite feature ... I highly recommend this watch ...
I 'm 59 years old and usually have problems settling some watches, but this one was no problem. The watch looks great, and have only had it for a couple weeks, but its keeping great time. I would recommend it to anyone.
Watch was great, however, the instructions did not arrive with him. I asked one of the shipper.
I have a lot of beautiful watches and I wanted something I could use during workouts that was informative and robust. I decided to give the citizen a look, and I'm glad I did. It is very pleasant as a day of training and provides a wealth of information. In addition, world time features are excellent. Great value for less than $ 200 ...

This is a great watch but I DONT HAVE TO TRY oppportunity to its water proof
I bought this for my husband (a pilot) for Christmas to make upgrades on an old model Citizen. This is a beautiful watch and has all the bells and whistles it 's expected but the font size and cost of the time zone indicator bar is a full size smaller than the older, and that ' s black and white as black against white in the reading. This makes it very difficult to read unless you 're right under the light. Not much good if you 're in the cockpit. I 've since ordered JR3125-55E. We 'll see how that turned out.
Great night, hard to read during the day. R GH has this as a gift, and I just could 't keep it. At first I thought my eyes were old (son), but it turns out the problem with the Black Eagle is that the LCD numbers and letters are reverse-video (ie clear when they are active and should let light pass through, as reflected in the support and back up to the viewer.) Now, if the light is a point source (as a single bulb) directly behind the observer 's head, say at night, the display works very well. But sunlight is scattered when the light is bright, diffuse, the screen becomes more difficult to read, especially when combined with the large amount of light scattered by the crystal since there is no repression of the surface reflective coatings on glass . This would be a problem in a high wing aircraft with a large number of scattered sunlight coming from outside. (I have a Navihawk and yes, I use the E6-B well enough) To make a long story short, it was harder to read than the other models. R RALs, the Black Eagle 's battery status indicator LCD ISN ' t the same configuration as it 's shown in the instruction manual, you ' re hidden in the left side of the screen on flush with the side of the story, so that 's harder to read also, compared with other Skyhawks. R rCompared with Navihawk, the Skyhawk 's Crown Center is harder to use when daylight saving adjustment and make adjustments. It takes one full turn around the crown to make only one entry, and there seems to be a lot of friction on the stem of the crown (possibly the o-ring to keep it waterproof to 100 m) Perhaps this was only a watch . R rAnyway, I sent mine back. (It would have been a good watch, but I could 't overcome the annoying problems. I hope others will find it more satisfying that my brief time with him.
I had several of Seiko chronograph flight before receiving my (first) Citizen Skyhawk. Years later, still has some Seiko watches display GMT / Zulu time. This is a necessity in aviation. I love my Skyhawks. All have stainless steel, two tone and black. My black is my favorite, and really took a blow. All the way to Iraq for a year without any problems whatsoever. I cross several time zones across the Middle East and Europe and this clock kept me straight. Some countries don 't do during the summer (Kuwait) and others do (Iraq). The Skyhawk always did well. Having a dedicated display GMT is key. My only complaint is that my two-tone and black with backlight, but not my steel. Why leave it to the people out in the Eco-drive models? Anyway, if you fly Professionally, this is the watch to have.
I just (my second purchase of these watches is my first Skyhawk stainless steel model) and I'm Smitten with these clocks, but realistically see that some disadvantages to them. R rFirst, a few excerpts from the long list of professionals. This clock is extremely robust and can in any case against the bumps of daily life. I 've always bear this clock, from working in the gym, around the airplane to the beach, and the only time it was when I heard it submerged in salty seawater, water and somehow got into the clock itself was repaired under warranty without any problems or questions. The Eco-Drive power supply is ideal for the rare incident or an accident to save to have it doesn 't be changed. It 'll keep fully charged to the fluorescent lighting that we all have at work, or if that fails, it ' ll charge itself completely within three to four hours away from direct sunlight. R rThe several time zones functions are very practical for someone who travels frequently, as I do. You can simply define a new time zone in the digital display, and with the simultaneous pressing of two buttons on the side of the clock, it 'll switch indicates the time between the digital and analog displays. This feature is very handy if you 're more than one time zone away from home when I ' m traveling in Europe, it 's very convenient to the time at home with a simple glance in contrast to Tell The mental gymnastics of calculating the time difference. The slide rule to the crown is also very useful if you want your flight or calculated as an amateur pilot, to determine the amount of fuel you 'll use on your flight. Again, all are very useful. R RNOW the opposi-the-clock is great. I mean, BIG. If you like big watches, like me, that 's really a pro, but some people don ' t really go for this style. In other than the titanium, it 's rather hard to find. It 's no forgetting that you have on a clock, even though you get used to its heft rather quickly. Another con would have to (sometimes) complex methods of changing times. You can 't you simply pull out the crown and rotate, you must select the correct time zone in the digital display. It 's very precise (the top of this function is), but it ' SA little time consuming. However, it 's inevitable Daylight Savings Time, so when the time comes, the clocks that ' s just change a simple push of a button. It only takes a little getting used to, but if you see do that 'll never wear another. Reaffirm R such as conclusions, I 'd like to, that this clock a great clock, that is, I ' ve only exists in my collection (the first clock is my wedding gift, and I can wear 't, at it again). I recommend this clock for everyone.
