Very elegant with simple appearance. Not gawdy or greater. I 'm 5 '10 "and weighing in at 230 pounds and am medium framed and this watch is the perfect size for everyday and dress up days. I wear to church and I also work on tractors and other equipment. I shower with it, swim with it, relax in the hot tub with it, I almost never took it off except when I knew it was likely to be damaged or exposed to risk my safety. I like that I save the store about that when it 's time to change the crystals from getting all scratched up I'm not without my favorite watch. I ' ve just need to get the crystal replaced once every 4 years, but when the time again I 'll just the box, send it back to the citizens as the last time and this will be a backup when it comes back! Great watch, I doubt you 'll be disappointed.

My husband saw this watch on Amazon and knew that was what he wanted for his father 's today. He has worn every day and is so happy with him. He can wear in the office, the beach, wherever he chooses and it always feels comforatable and elegant.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. He really likes it but it is difficult to read the letter around the dial, you need a magnifying glass and even isn t 'clear. This is a great looking, strong, waterproof watch, good for every day use.

My father gave me this watch after he became frustrated the first time settings. Other reviewers have stated, the setup is difficult, but the included instructions very helpful. R rDespite a rocky start, now everyday of my favorite watch. I have a more formal watch that I use to work almost every day, which I mentioned because I initially worried that the Eco-Drive will not work if the hours of sitting in my dresser drawer a few days. For a period of several months, I only wear it on weekends, and usually left it sitting on the dressing table in the future, and it was a lot of light so as not to run (after leaving it in the sun for several days in the first full "charge "). When sitting in a drawer or in the dim room, his hands stop moving to keep costs, and this feature is very helpful. I also haven 't see any problems resulting from the slip in the back of my wristband and not getting enough light, it seems very effective at a cost of only intermittently exposed to light. R rWhen I wear it, I have especially appreciated the date lasting feature (to avoid reset the date after a short month), and features local time (which allows you to set a specified time is the number of hours in front of or behind the time zone normal). Local time this feature is very helpful for me as a pilot, because I can set UTC (Zulu) as the local time and switch over when I 'm doing the flight planning. R (2) for reading the stopwatch minutes in the top right of the mini-dial, and therefore a dial calibrated in tenths of an hour (six-minute increments), can be challenging to read the stopwatch time. Not a big problem for me, but if you expect to frequently use the stopwatch, I'd call that a deal-breaker.

I bought this watch about 3 years ago and has worked very well. R rI have to adjust the time and calendar time (to receive) and I 've never had to adjust again. R rI 've used the clock on the coast, rivers, and fitness center and cuffs still in very good condition, although it has small scratches on the cuff, crystal remain intact. R rI really recommend it.

I bought this watch for my husband. He 's not to wear a watch. Actually, he has about a dozen and never wore one of them. However, he loved it and use it often.

I returned this watch the day after I received. I prefer a more "metal " clock (which look more masculine). This watch is a somewhat delicate diminutive. If you have large hands or arms, so this isn 't watch for you. In addition, the band is totally pulls the hair of your wrist so it is very uncomfortable to wear. To summarize, if you have small, hairless wrists, then this is the watch for you. The functionality of the watch looks great otherwise.

Clock face slightly smaller than I thought it would. I would rather see the face of at least 44mm in diameter. It is also thinner than I like but it will fit nicely under a shirt. I own about 15 hours with five or more of their Eco-Drive. This is the smallest distance. R rbe realize that the design of the band means that the first three links on both sides of the case does not bend very much. This tends to keep the band away from your wrist rather than follow the curve. Band and the face is a classic design and nothing spectacular. I 'll wear it for a few days to see if I like the "small " watch. R rUpdate: I like to watch, it 's like a small sports car dashboard. It won 't be a watch that I ' ll use me as often as others but it looks good on my wrist and it was the most prominent of my own watch. I think the end? It 'sa good product, but it does not ' t make me excited to wear it.

Have owned the watch for a week now (08/24/08), its keeping the time accurately till now. Had to remove a few links at a JEWELERS initially, when I received it the time was off by one hour and the date was set correctly. Setting the correct time was easy, it has a great interactive DVD included. RPros: RGRE looking dial and band rPerpetual calendar - September date have not recommended drive - never have to replace a battery r rCons: rPulls hair on the hand, might get used to this. ALARM rWhen moving between functionality and time, the hour hands move automatically to indicate the Alarm time, they move slowly. RBit heavy, Titanium is much lighter though more expensive, but did not find a good looking watch in the Citizen which was made of Titanium. R rDespite the cones I am very satisfied with the purchase and give it 5 stars. R rUpdate (3/14/09): Been using this watch for more than 6 months now, its highly accurate (lost just 1 sec in 3 days). Its a bit heavy to lighter watch would be great, though Heavier for $ 125 on the pocket.

I have read many reviews for many watches at the same price range and slightly above. R ÉMANANT people said the blue was a little misleading, its certainly a bit darker inside, but blue, violet, as some claimed. This is probably my biggest concern. R rSecond concern was the size. I 'm not a big fan of too large size of some of today ' s watches. The watch was perfect. It is thinner than expected, but not too thin or cheap in appearance. Before I bought this watch I had been researching watches of every make for around 6 months. After checking out the Citizen line of watches, I fell in love with their Eco-Drive solar energy design. Citizen has many styles to choose from, but this one really stood out from the rest. Not only is it great looking, but is the price was affordable. One thing I didn 't want to watch was that was too big, which seems to be the trend for many watch makes. This watch is the perfect size, and the heavy weight is enough to know it is there, but not too heavy. Be prepared to sit down and read about how to set this thing. The initial setting of the watch is very involved, but as the directions say, you only need to do it once until the year 2100. The watch band is nice and Sturdy, beautifully styled with a push-button CLASP. Sizing the band may be better left to a professional with tools if you aren 't the do-it-yourself type. Personally, I got a paper clip and some pliers and pushed the pin out with no problem. This allows you to remove excess links to size it perfectly. After wearing this watch, I have nothing negative to say about it. This watch should totally sell for twice what it is going for. I completely recommend buying this watch while it 's still available. Go to the Citizen website and compare it to the others ... nothing comes close to the style and price.

Bought this watch for my husband so he can have a nice watch will go. He really loved it! Dark blue face matches almost everything he wears. We will not have to worry about replacing batteries or watch slowing. Although he uses it primarily on weekends, the battery is always charged even a bit of light exposure.
