If you 're Tossing up whether to buy this watch or its chronograph AT0200 Big Brother "from Citizen, don ' t hesitate to buy this " Little Brother ". (Or maybe you 'll be tempted to buy both, as I did!) R ri bought the first chronograph AT0200 (I give it 4.5 stars) and thought I ' d get the BM8180-03E as a "poor relation "for everyday use at work etc.. Was I pleasantly surprised! As other reviewers have said, it looks far better "In the Flesh " than in pictures. The level of finish and detailing is extremely good, especially considering its price. Somehow it looks far more refined than in the pictures, but still with a practical military look. (Maybe the Polished finish helps here too, rather than the low reflection Brushed finish traditionally found on Military Watch.) R rThe numbers are finely engraved and not too big. The dial is jet black (Chrono is more Charcoal) and has the same beautiful red second hand from the Chron. I wish the minute hand was longer indexed so it closer to the minute / hour markings, but that may not bother many users. It 's still very readable at a glance, and the second hand indexes perfectly with the markings. Night time luminescence is adequate rather than brilliant. The Crown and guard are well executed and the crystal is very clear and distortion-free. Even the case back is beautifully laser-Etched with the maker 's logo and model details. (The "cheap sticker " that some reviewers complain about is a removable protective film only.) R rThe size is just right, not a "Clunk " but with enough depth and diameter to feel substantial enough. Accuracy is very good and the day-of-the-week feature is a useful bonus. (BTW, date and day are more readable than on the chrono model.) The Spanish Day for the wee-hours adds to its charm, although My-speakers can adjust it so that of course Français appears as the "minor " language in the early hours. How many watches can claim to be bi-lingual? Ole! R rYes, I know, the green canvas band will not please everyone. For me it was too short (used last hole) and the holes are too widely Spaced Riveted separate either too loose or too tight. But that can be Forgiven as in every other respect, this watch is great value and it 's not hard to find an inexpensive band to replace it. (It looks great in an inexpensive and quickly replaced up-and-under one piece nylon band with adjustable buckle: for me, olive green and black for weekends for work.) If you wanted a classier-looking leather band, this watch has the looks to go with it. r rLarry Sydney (Australia)

This is my work watch, it keeps good time with no batteries or winding. It 's thin and sharp looking, I like the easy to read single-sided. Just place it under a lamp when it arrives, let it load as per directions. It 'sa five star to me.

My girlfriend (now wife) to watch this gifted to me in mid-2004 since I 've used it on and off in between, I do not use it for about 1.5 years and not last year, when I brought him out of hiding, was executed. Surprisingly, after half a day's sun was running again. Before then, he has always been very accurate from 5.5 last year! R rit is a very simple yet very elegant watches that suits most clothing - outdoor, casual and even casual business. And it 's Green!

This is the first citizen that I 've seen under $ 100. I ordered it and received it on the day promised. Horrible green canvas strap, do not care, I have a plan to put metal bands on it before I get it. So far, I 'm pleased with the watch. Line of perfect hand but I am disappointed with the light shining, or lack of. hand. I expect more and for it to last longer. Oh, well. It 's still good watch. I 've been three days now.

I just bought this Citizen Eco Drive, looks very sharp and nice than I think, It Is not Heavy, easy to wear. I recommend looking to watch that last for long without chaging automatic batery or you will continue moving twist you to keep the time alive.

I bought this clock at Mid 2008th It took me on my trips to India, Costa Rica, and now, it took Mexico. I think the clock is a classic: look great, and easy to hard. I have swum in the sea with him, regularly doing laps in a swimming pool, but it has remained watertight. I normally would at a four-star, because the mineral is lined twice, even though the clock has received water resistance. But given the price and what they went through, it is observed a five-star.

I love simple devices, elegant. This fits the bill. Previously owned a Seiko Kinetic, I loved the fact that it was electric powered by wrist movement yet - so precise Batteryless yet. The Eco-drive watches are similar, but not solar energy pulse. In about 20 minutes of winter sun fading, the watch was good to go. Only criticism I have is that the mineral scratched almost immediately. R rHowever, I calibrated the clock with an atomic clock app, and since I did a few weeks ago he hasn 't miss a single second. That 's pretty sweet. It 'sa little on the heavy side, but without exaggeration. If you want to look small, is not it. But other reviewers complaining about the band is off the mark - the band is a little rough, but functional and not uncomfortable. R rDespite claims waterproof, I wouldn 't take swimming clock. Anyway, the band (which is canvas) couldn 't drink the water, especially seawater. R Rall in all, a very beautiful clock. If you 're considering a Casio Atomic Solar, ignore it and go to the clock. Much classier, probably as accurate.

Citizen Men 's Eco-Drive Canvas Strap Watch # BM8180-03E by Citizen is one of the best watch I've seen families

This is the first clock I 've purchased many years and so far I love it. A cute but simple and easy to see the face with day and date with precise timing. My impression from other reviews that a lot of guys have this watch for the same reason I did .... sick and tired of watches that die after 12 to 24 months and then spend anything from $ 5 to $ 10 to install a new battery. The Citizen Eco-Drive is accused by the sun (or the inner light), so that 's environmentally friendly. R rthe something that keeps the clock to get 5 stars, and others have expressed very Influenza, is the band. I 'ma man thin, with less than average wrists, and even in my arm, the group was too small, not happy with the environment ' '. In the 2-hole set, which will remain on the wrist, but it moves around. After 3 holes, cut circulation. There are a total of 7 holes, and I can 't imagine anyone, even a very small woman or child with a very small hole 7. Citizens should be designed using this ultra-slim wrists of Asia in mind (citizen has its headquarters in Tokyo). Really should consider this otherwise excellent to see a different side.

This is a good looking watch. Earn approximately 2 seconds per week, which is good to see a quartz low priced. I like the green tarp tied with leather lining. The watch band is almost too short. Someone with a big doll that will be found to replace it with another band. If you came with a band and I would have given 5 stars.

I was looking for a watch with a strap canvas military style. I already Buy a 5 Seiko SNK (the group does not fit my slim wrist) and a Smith & Wesson Military Watch (low quality), but was dissatisfied with both. R rthe Citizen Eco-Drive Canvas Strap Watch surpassed these two watches and my own expectations. Here is a quick solution of all the details I like this watch. R r Size: As mentioned earlier, I have fairly thin wrists. The group on this Eco-Drive fit perfectly. In fact, it was still a hobby extra cable left after strapping it on! An ideal watch for all sizes. R r-Band: The group is not cheap! It is robust, with leather straps and below finely assembled. The olive green color makes it look like what one imagines is like a military watch. It is indeed a fashion show, but somewhat muted in this regard (which is positive). R r-Case: The case measures about 37-38mm. A medium as far as watches go. I feared that the watch looks too much on me as I usually go for watches with a smaller case. The size is perfect for business, based on my arms, apparently in a natural way. The face shows that the necessary details. And the red second hand is a touch surprising. R r-GM: I like the use of solar energy to operate the watch. The watch is not strong at all, in fact, it is fairly quiet. I have owned the watch for almost three weeks now and have not seen fall look back or forward in time. Such precision for so little cost. R R-Style: Despite its military aspect, it is a fashion show. Great with casual wear or with more sophisticated rounding. I 've found it not just be a perfect watch, but a perfect accessory as well. R rOverall, I recommend this show without hesitation to anyone looking for a watch military style. I can 't have enough good things about this Citizen Eco-Drive. I was completely satisfied and we hope to have it for long.

Not be seen for less than $ 100 more to be found, it has everything I wanted, and nothing is what I didn 't the face easily read at a glance day or night, stopped the clock correctly from spring to DTS Changes within 2 seconds after falling [...] not much more that you might ask.

I wanted a simple, everyday watch with a pleasant style. This watch looks more expensive than it was. Had considered the timex retro JCrew but it was more beautiful and $ 40 less. Plus it is an eco-drive. Nice watch.

Originally, I intended to return this watch after seeing another eco-drive watch with perpetual calendar, but decided to keep it. R rthe Watch is your typical military-style shows. Reading the reviews, I was concerned about the band. I felt that this would be a thin green bracelet made of thin fabric. I was relieved that the belt is ideally what I want to watch military style. The group is rigid and strong. I doubt it 'll be a problem for everyone and Don ' t quite understand why some people publish its report with her. R rthe hands Don 't align well with the brands, always on the 12:00 position, the hand seems to blend well with each other. And it 's not a deal breaker, but the minute and hour hand doesn ' t "tick " in the mark, it scans slowly. R rand ... as another reviewer mentioned. These eco-drives are quiet. Perhaps less noise. I guess its because they 're really analog digital watches with an eye mask. R rthe day / date function took me another day to September Curiously, it doesn 't change at 12 or 1am, but at 4 o'clock in the morning.

Nice looking enough for business casual, casual enough for weekend wear. Keep good time. Nice looking, comfortable. There is no good battery. Band fine for me.

I have this watch for my birthday ...... worth design cash.Nice ... the band is too good. I felt attracted by the technology being a techy just as the clock I had basically the source of energy (light). I have a Seiko commpare after them ... and still love this watch. I recommend it to anyone .... you won 't be disappointed

I like the watch. The next part is a bit informal, but that could change the clock dress considerably. I like direct, simple face with black numbers clearly, the visibility of Nice at night. And solar energy would be fine.

Citizens have nailed the entire solar-powered genre. Watch is a good watch is simple, elegant and beautiful. R Ryou may notice that the clock was paired with a number of other Bands. I doubt many people simply go to watch otherwise. It is a bit cheaper. R rthe watch is near perfect. Great glass, great timekeeping, and want to know that this is a solar powered watch to notice where the solar cell is! R rExcellent watch!

Watch really nice for the price. The band is a bit stiff the first time you get, just before meets the wrist. Love it now. Can 't beat the price. John

It is light and thin. The military is hard to be a clock that goes hard "to stand the rigors of training and still see as designed. I've noticed that in this clock. You never will be a change of battery it on your wrist fit without catching on a uniform, and easy enough that you can not feel it. I love the canvas straps. It can put up with water and oil better than leather. The only drawback is that it is very easy to say no alarm or stopwatch, but if you remember a start time, you should not need it.

This watch was in place within an hour of discovering it. It 's perfect old school military appearance, size, and trusted brand didn ' t give me any qualms about buying without reading any comments. As you can see the clock 's ratings, reviews would not have deterred me anyhow. Obviously, and hopefully, my experience was totally different from most owners. When the watch came exactly as I expected. She was beautiful, was light, comfortable and super easy to read. The five seconds Surefire explosion was easily readable for the next two hours in the dark. The first thing to show to what disappointed me was the ease with which it was scratched. Not just the glass, but all metal surfaces as well. When I finally put the watch in a drawer permanently, was scratched as to be unreadable from any angle other than looking directly down on it. This was the point of six months. I'd been slightly annoyed with him for the past five months, because once the first month of owning it rolled, was not able to be defined as the appropriate time, no matter who tried. I 've owned many analog clocks in the past, I was able to set the dates of ease, but not this. I was in Iraq, so we were able to take it to a dealer to let them try, but now I'm at home m 'and could, I don ' t bother. The third negative was the strap took a smell of sweat in a month I could 't be washed. R rI still love to look at it when looking at the clocks again, but won 't try to be different. BTW, I replaced it with a 5 Seiko SNK809K2 military, and the negatives I experienced with the citizen was not a problem with the Seiko. He proved to be superior in every way, not look.

I like to watch. Very lightweight, durable and stylish. I do not like a band of canvas at all. The band was really tight. I changed quickly into a simple black band. This really improve the look. Good bargains, good to watch.

Keeps great time. So strap canvas now has a thin leather backing - makes it a bit rough textured canvas but helps stop rotting after exposure to sweat. Crystal has not scratched after 3 months. It would have been better if numbers glowed in the dark, rather than just dots.

Over the years I just have 6 players Eco citizens. The only problem is the cost of them, but even in a difficult economic environment, they crossed again. My work shows, has lost the main stem and water OAME, well thats the end of the show. It was over ten years and have been very harsh on her. It cost me $ 110 when I was on a cruise in Carrabean. I thought it was a good price at the time. When did this show that I knew I had no money to replace. I had little money to buy a new one. But low and behold I was able to find a drive Eco in my price range, cheap. I was able to get it and I am very happy with it. What I can say that eels worth every penny. Citizen thank you again. You can 't go wrong with this show ..... try you 'll like it ....

This clock is very good. I like everything about the band. The hands and hour numbers on the face are perfectly sized so you can quickly time. Finally, I want cartoon can be seen from the outside or inside the light, so I don 't have to make the purchase of replacement batteries.
