Description

One of the most advanced chronograph watches made by Citizen, the Eco-Drive Caliber 2100 Men Watch Stainless steel also offers stylish lines that are highly complementary business and casual couture. The calendar functions include 60-minute chronograph, 12-hours, and independent second-hand subdials, as well as a center sweep hand 1/5-second. It also has a reset button that instantly returns all the chronograph registers to zero. This large round watch has a thin, flattened bezel with an exterior tachymeter reading in gray. The pattern silver dial face is accented by black subdials, and offers the gray Dauphine luminous hands (with second hand) and a date function at 4 o'clock. The stainless steel bracelet band is joined by a folding deployment closure. Other features include a Screw-back case, screw-down crown, scratch-resistant mineral crystal with anti-reflective and water to 200 meters (660 feet). This watch is powered by unique Eco-Drive Citizen, which absorbs sunlight and any artificial light through the crystal and dial to recharge the watch continuously. With regular exposure to light, the Eco-Drive continuously recharges for a lifetime of use. This watch Eco-Drive provides a reserve of 240-days, and can be recharged with just 3.5 hours of exposure to light. My wife bought this watch for me 2 years ago. RThis Watch was able to keep up with me and all the things I do. Rafter beat a 2 years, regularly bumping into the walls of glass first - The only evidence that it 's had a hard life would be a tiny scratch the lens. R rI would highly recommend this watch to anyone. (That I don 't know ofcourse!) Clock RThis can make you feel special, whatever the price down. Take my word. GL have an Omega Speedmaster and doesn 't turn as many heads as the Caliber 2100. R rThis Watch is a must for anyone. R RBE warned, however, is on the heavy side, and a bit of time to adjust.

I am writing this review as a User of this long-term clock. Those who have commented that after a few months of ownership can not have a long-term perspective. I'm going to try to fill that gap for those who want to know if the watch will last for the long term. R rI got my Eco Drive Caliber 2100 in a local jewelry store about 5 years ago. I love watches, but I 'm not a collector. But I'm working small drawer full of watches. I have used the type chronograph movements, including quartz analog, digital, mechanical and automatically to more than 30 years. I buy a new watch every 5 years, if I need one or not. I did not need this one, but I could not resist. It is pretty flat, better in person than in photographs. The details of the connection is even better around. It has very subtle details that keep me looking at it often. I still think it's amazing. R RI tend to be difficult to watch. I do a lot of work type hobby and I often forget to take the clock out of a bad habit. This led to risks in the crystal, but the case is cleared. I agree with others that improve the sapphire crystal to the clock. The band is stainless steel high quality and proved to be strong. She has some risks, however. Since I wear the watch every day, I think it is natural to go back to collect scratches and mine. R rFunctionally, this clock has been perfect. I had zero problems. It has never been met but the service is due. The time control is great. I just set it when the weather changes. The chronograph works very well, but he does not lap times. Not a big loss for me. The alarm does not get used much because the sound is so weak. The lighting of marking lasts all night. My old eyes sometimes have difficulty seeing the marks on the dials fine lap depending on the light. Typically, this is not a problem, but I wish the markings were a little bolder. The day of the window is in September and deep face and dial is small. Often, I have to adjust the angle of light to see the date. This is not usually a problem, but it is something that I would change. Set the end date of the month is easy, because the first holder of the crown moves the date only. No need to reset the time. This is a very nice feature. Other than the occasional splash of water when doing things around the house, I did not contest the specification waterproof. Until now, the water has not been a problem. R charge rBattery works very well. During normal everyday use (I have an inside job), never charging indicator moves out of full charge. Some months ago I bought a new digital Casio and Citizen sideways for about 4 months of very low lighting. The charge indicator has fallen to about 1 / 2 load. The clock continues to keep perfect time. Eight hours of light brought up to full charge indicator, where he remained once again as I used it daily. This performance is very impressive, really. R ROTHERS have commented on the weight and size. It's heavy. It's great. My wrists are great and this is not a problem. The fit is great. Smaller wrists may not work so well with this clock. The weight, it does not feel heavy if you get it. But when I'm using the I don 't notice the weight. I tried the titanium model and I like. I can buy one. R Rall in all, this is the best watch I have owned. It is necessary, practical, versatile and tough. I say it is beautiful? It seems much more expensive than the selling price. I don 't think you can go wrong with this.

First, no worries .. No batteries required ever. The weight feels good. I tried the titanium and felt too light. and white face just looks better to me. The sapphire crystal is not right. Nothing to worry about. The only problem so far is the buttons for the chronograph. if it starts and just return without stopping first, the button is stuck at the top (requires cleaning to unlock everything). Sometimes the watch feels heavy / useless in the hot weather ... but thats because I watch every day. 5 stars for a great entry-level clock.

Initially I had seen this watch several years ago and thought it was incredible then. Only after my Seiko Chronograph kicked the bucket after 10 years was that I decided it was time to find a new watch which is expected to last me so long. This is the clock. RWhen I took it out of the box, the old saying that is better in person, is so true. The clock is flat out awesome. Even my wife who is not ta 'person could not see ' t help smiling and saying what a nice to see that she thinks it is. Now let 's Get Technical. Being that I live in the Pac-NW sometimes we Don 't get much sunlight. Fortnately, just after we had bought the watch 3 days of good sunlight and that is all it took for the power meter to hit the full load and hasn 't moved since then. The clock keeps time and impecably I can 't stop looking again and again. The stopwatch is fantastic and I love the way that "click " as the old handheld stopwatch when you start it. The alarm is too big and, yes, wake you up when you need too. I 've only had the clock for a month, but I know that within 10 years, this watch will be the one on my wrist. RUpdate: After the clock for about 3 months I 'm sad to say that ' ve noticed scratches on the glass. Citizens should really put a sapphire crystal on the clock. I 'm researching for availability. Fortunately, the cost of the sapphire crystal is only $ 100. Oh well, I love the clock.

This watch is truly amazing. It is thick and heavy, but fits very comfortable on the wrist. It 's luminescent hands actually work, you can read in the dark! It 'very strong and Worry-Free. Waterproof, do whatever you want with it, and 'll continue to work. No battery needed, getting away from sunlight, which is excellent. I have owned many watches and this is my favorite by far.

I 've owned this watch about two years. I think it 's really good looking watch, but be warned, very large and heavy. I have a few G-Shock watches that aren 't be small, but the Caliber 2100 is much larger. I 'm not a small person and it dwarfs my watch and in my opinion seems too bold for use as a dress watch. I have a lot of "that 'sa see very big!" He says. R GH clock gave 4 stars instead of 5 because, for example, I like how it looks, but I wish I was a bit smaller. The second reason he gave 4 stars is that the manual specifically says not to take the dive. What the hell? The limit for recreational diving is 40 meters, fifth in the 200 meters of this watch is water resistant, supposedly. What exactly is water resistant to 200 meters in average depth and how to safely take this watch? The world may never know.

I bought my watch back in October 2005, I know that my watch and I are about to celebrate our 3rd anniversary together. I loved this watch as soon as you put your eyes on it and still love today! I've had zero problems with this watch and I wear every day. I have other watches ... but they are nothing compared to this. It's big and heavy and not that thy wrong! This watch works like a clock work great, the game looks so good and great clock is a clock that wonderful dress. I received many compliments on it ... Mainly other men. Now, let 's talk lasting ... ¿I happened to mention that part of my time in Haiti? Haiti is a country where everything will run if it should be sturdy and well built. I work for him as missionary and humanitarian worker and I am in all kinds of situations and environments. Again, zero problems with this clock. I hit the glass of this watch with such force that I thought it probably was broken several times ... than a few light scratches on the platform is no worse for wear! R **** Update *** Well, today is September 2, 2009 and my Eco-Drive is still running strong. My watch and I have been together for four years with zero problems. It has survived longer in the mountains of Haiti, as well as days of continuous use on ... and if you still love this watch. I have other watches, but needless to say that in reality don 't get any use. Reliability doesn 't even begin to describe this clock. If you are looking for a rugged watch, nice ... That's it!

I love wearing this watch because it has a well-made bulk about it that is unmistakable. The picture (or year) of this watch does not do justice to (1) the subtle pattern on the face of the watch and (2) the extremely sharp lettering and numbering. Overall, for a large watch, this would be hard to beat by any other company in terms of quality, wearability, and overall style.

I 've been wearing this watch for over a year now, it exceeds my expectations greatly. The following hours are excellent, the solar powered cell works advertised (it remains pegged to the cost of very little direct sunlight). The case stainless steel is heavy duty and looks impressive! You wont be disappointed with this purchase.

The watch feels nice. Fit my wrist well and look good. Unfortunately, this chronograph watch is not built as durably as the rest, and it failed me. Fortunately, it is fast enough for me to get my money back. If you think you are using your arm to watch is to make things, I wouldn 't buy this watch.

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas. He came very fast (to Alaska) and was in perfect condition (of course, since it is new). I love the clock and I am extremely pleased I bought it!

With a lot of heavy hinting to my husband, I received this watch for Christmas last year. It is truly a man 's watch! Big, thick, heavy, eye-attractive face and large buttons and knobs. It wasn 't difficult for me to choose between stainless steel and titanium lighter models. For me, the stainless steel is certainly more attractive for more easy to read face and shinier finish. RI know other reviewers commented on the weight of the watch is an issue. But watch it like you MUST weight. Come on, watch is so strong that it is considered an interruption to your normal action or fatiguing? RI 've just started collecting watches, and I have to say, one is still my favorite. It 's versatile enough to wear casually or formalwear. Either way, it 'sa great conversation piece since I ' ve gotten many compliments on my wife 's good taste in men ' s watch (wink)! Rthe reason I marked it four stars instead of five is the glow-in-the-dark dial is not clear for long. Forgot about reading the time if you 've been to a theater for an hour or so. Rbut still a good watch.

Mira looks and feels as if the quality is high. It is a huge and heavy watch and the features are what I wanted from a watch, and more. The Eco-Drive is a bonus feature, and keeps the hands glow in the dark very well. I'm happy with the purchase price (saved about 1 / 2 of what the retailers where they are sold in Canada!) And I had carefully about it. It was a great birthday present for my wife!

I bought this watch about two months ago. And I've received compliments from people around me. They are all impressed by the look of it. I like the role of ecological unit - no need to replace the battery or rewind. It is solid and masculan, great as a gift. It even comes with an alarm that is useful at times. It is a watch of $ 500 (list), but it looks like a couple of times more expensive. I have a Rolex is more expensive, but still led the citizen of all time!

It is the best watch I've ever seen. More beautiful, then my imagination and photos look even better then, because the site when you see it in real. One disadvantage is a little heavier.

This watch is gorgeous! I sized it arrived quickly and put it in front of a plane hitting the door. The bracelet is beautiful too. Just be careful when setting up the link. . . There 'sa sleeve for the link pin to be put back to get pins to stay in. All the buttons are easy to read. I like the size and weight of the watch, too. Eco Drive is a great feature, no winding and no special cases needed for the automatic. . . only expose to the light and the clock continues to happen.
