I agree with people who complained to the crown I returned the watch to the citizen who wanted $ 65.00 to replace the crown with a smaller one. As I see and I read it a design flaw, so the watch can sit the tray and I will never purchase or recommend products Citizen again which is a shame that I owned several Citizen watches over the years. The watch looks good and if it isn 't for the fact that you have to check the position of the Crown whenever you check the time, and it would be nice to be told by the citizen, the problem is my way wearing the watch I like how you can get this wrong especially with the group provided. From now on it will Seiko or Swiss brands for me
Great watch, and yes, it can be a bit of a bother to the Crown rotates easily change the main settings. I found a solution to the problem that helps. First, I don 't put the clock on until I was completely dressed in the morning - putting on a shirt, etc.. can be part of the problem. Secondly, I just have gotten the habit of being careful when I was moving around during the day, and find it moves less and less now that I developed a habit to check it once a while. R Reasy to read Citizen quality, and keeps time like no tomorrow. Lots of people comment on how nice it looked a suit or jeans. I 'll come back for more Citizen watch if it is any representation of how good their products are.
I bought this watch because it is very visible in low light and at night. This is a great watch but two issues. 1) The Crown is very easy to move and therefore you should look near the bottom of the little dial to make sure the guard function is entered .. It 's getting to be a pain in the ass. 2) I was told that it is a sapphire crystal ..... It certainly was not caused by scratches and denounced from the edge. It makes a good time!
I had this clock for over a year and would like to add some valuable feedback. Being a very hairy man, who was a little skeptical about the band, but let me tell you, is not a problem at all. The watch is a little heavy, but after a day or two to get used to it for him. In contrast to titanium, which are lighter way, it doesn 't Get scratches and according doesn ' not really believe them ... looks much better in person. The perpetual calendar is great and I always receive compliments. The Eco-Drive runs very well, this watch is a wonderful piece ... For this price, you do a favor, buy it!!
I would not recommend this watch for the purchase. As another person said the crown moves with your wrist watch and change the time for the alarm. Also, setting the date and keeping it together is a big problem. Once again, I would not recommend this watch to anyone!
I find myself agreeing with people who love this watch and the gentleman from Parker, CO that doesn 't. Yes the clock is reliable, attractive and robust. The features are great and the project is 99% perfect. But unfortunately, I would not buy this private citizen again, or recommend it. The problem is that the crown, which is used to change from time to alarm, slips on their own and forth between modes. The result is that you never can tell what time it is unless you take the time to look closely at the small subdial shows that the mode "magic crown " was chosen by you. It's really annoying. The only thing worse than a watch that doesn 't say the time is the one who says the wrong time. If anyone knows a solution to this problem, please post it. I'm tempted to make super-glue. I 've tried to paste the gum and the wall, without success.
I 've had mine for about a week now and I love it! Illumination on hands is very good. Read the manual before playing around with the settings, once you know how to navigate the different features, it 'sa breeze. I originally thought the alarm was not loud enough, until it woke me up even though it was in my watch case which was closed at the time. The energy saver mode surprised me initially, because i had the dial under the cuff of my shirt, when I looked at the watch, the second hand was stopped and suddenly moved to catch up to the current seconds count. Case is a nice, "manly " size while not being too large and the watch has a nice heft to it if you like the heavier steel watches.
I have several watches in my collection, including a pair of high quality Seiko Kinetics and some high-quality European Automatic Mechanical imports. For the most part I have chronographs since most are hard to avoid reading too easily at a glance. Many designs also appear in parts of the Arabic or Roman numeral minute markers are cut on the dials in order to accommodate the sub-dials. I find this practice to be shortsighted and unacceptable. Many chronograph dials seem to blend with the markers and hands, leading to further confusion of the display and readability problems. Regardless of extra features, you should be able to read the time on a clock at a glance without having to sort through the chaos. RThen I came across this model to choose (in different colors), and I was instantly converted. Well, I've worn it is, I think it's one of my favorites. The case is rock solid, heavy stainless steel. It is 42 mm in diameter and has a deep profile for a masculine appearance. The heavy rotating bezel SS is simple, solid and functional, and unlike others, I have seen, or owner, select the markers accurately on the appropriate markings on the inside. The etched markings on the bezel in, rather than simply painted on. The perpetual calendar that once set correctly, make adjustments a thing of the past. Lightning behind the case, crown, chronograph buttons screw hard mineral crystal back and carries a 20-bar water resistance and compression damping, so that the clock be able to accommodate up to almost any sport and water sport activities can be undertaken, short really deep water diving. This kind of integrity also protects the clock from other types of contaminents and dust that are trying to can backtrack to the movement. Rthe precise movement is so accurate that I have come to him as a benchmark for the setting of other, less accurate watches in my collection from. The contrasting dial, hour markers and hands make it easy to read. The sub-scales are also brave enough to read easily, without distraction from the main purpose of the clock, time display. The bracelet is also the masculine, functional and attractive, but not ostentacious, and above all, it was very comfortable from the first time I strapped it on. It comes with a double push button clasp and increased security to catch. Rall three hands point exactly to minutes and seconds markers, as they should, and the minute hand advances at 15 second intervals, an indicator of how precisely this time-piece is able to remain almost perfectly accurate. RThis Chronograph is a fully functional, was to be expected, including all features, including an alarm. Best of all is the multi-part, high quality and reliable Citizen movement by the now highly respected, world-class citizen driven "Eco-Drive " solar energy. It can be suspended until 6 months of reliable power reserve, with minimal exposure to any type of light source, including ambient light, a narrow focus fluorescent (cool), desk lamp, and, of course, natural sunlight. RThis Clock has quickly become one of my favorites for all the aforementioned reasons. It is worth your attention quoted at any price, especially on orders less than $ 300.00. Rthe Citizen brand has a reputation as one of the well-deserved well-made, reliable and accurate marks on the world market. Now that I myself why I understand. You can 't go wrong with excellence.
I 've had this watch for about 4 months now and it performs great. I always say what time. The most important feature to me Water resistance rating of 200 meters and it will not run on a battery that must be replaced. The ceaseless calendar was an added bonus - no need to update the date at the end of most months. The 24-hour dial also let 's you know it ' s AM or PM. After the first setting the current time, date, alarm and alt-right timezone, I will forever 't be holding anything until daylight savings came around. I can wear this watch while swimming in the shower, or use and it looks great too. The only negative thing to watch is that the chronograph only goes to a maximum of 1 hour. I 've learned to get around this by setting the rotating bezel starting position of the hand of time if I ' m going to any time within one hour. Overall, it 's is a very low maintenance watch I wear anywhere and telling great time.
I 've this clock for about 4 months and performed great. I always can tell what time it is - not sure what the other reviewer was referring to. The most important features for me were the classification of water resistance of 200 meters and not run on batteries that need replacement. The perpetual calendar is an extra bonus - no need to update the date at the end of most months. The 24-hour line also enable 's if you know ' s AM or PM. After the initial setup of the current time, date, alarm and alt-time zone is correct, I 't touch anything until it had reached around summer time. I can use this watch while swimming in the shower, or exercising and it looks good too. The only negative I have about the watch is that the chronograph only reaches a maximum of 1 hour. I 'I learned to work around this limitation by rotating the starting position of the needle bevel at times if I ' m time was nothing more than an hour. In general, It 's view is very little maintenance that can be used anywhere and told very well.
Very bad. RI went back to Citizen due to my last watch lasted 14 years. This is nice, but I would never buy again. You never know what time it is because you can 't lock the settings. So, if you push the buttons that will change and you will not know the current time. I chose the site for help and nothing. I end my clock setting time 1-3 times per day. F-Looks good, but you can not use it.
