Reviews
This is a good watch, solar power, feature-rich, and black looks really good. You can read the pros of Reviews of watch BL5180-57L (which uses the same movement), so do not repeat them here. Instead, I want to share with you my frustrations with the design. R R1. Dual-mode switching takes time. There is no way to control time in the other with a quick glance, we must move from one mode (see item # 2). If only we could make the 24-hour sub-dial display the minutes in the second time zone (as Nighthawk) there would be no need to separate L-TME and TM modes! (Yes, this requires an additional engine, and I would have gladly paid for it. See also item # 3.) R R2. The features are not readily accessible. You need to change the ways of access to different functions, which can take literally hours of waiting for the hands to finish spinning. Minutes to change the settings for alarm? To see the second time zone? I don 't have this kind of patience. R R3. Chronograph comes up to an hour. They could have used the 24-hours sub-dial to indicate hours Chrono (requires additional engine is the same # 1). It would be nice if the stopwatch only continue to run after rolling to zero, I remember what day I started timing. HAND STOPS SWITCHES AND TIME TO TME appears (although it was in L-TM, why?). Oh, and reset chronograph when you switch to either mode of the time (TME or L-TM). R R4. Alarm time DMS alone. Suppose you travel to Japan from U.S. East Coast. No problem, you use DMS for time at home and L-TM in each case premises in Japan (easily done by design). Now he wants to wake up at 7. You can not set the alarm for 7, you must set the U.S. East Coast when it will be 7 in Japan. We use local time for our program daily, because the alarm is different? R RI still think that this is a beautiful view. But it would be much better if the designer had used a citizen common sense, and made better use of l '(currently useless) 24-hours sub-dial.
This is a great watch at a great price and it was delivered faster than I expected.
